 Reverse Engineering 

 

        Regeneration of Blue Prints and parts from damaged or out dated parts.

CNC Manufacturing

        Machinery includes from 3 axis to full 5 axis simultaneous machining

Pantograph Department

        Utilizing Gorton P2-3 Pantographs we are able to manufacture parts that would be impossible with other methods.

 

Inspection       

Boasting a Granite Coordinated measuring machining, a 30" optical comparator and an entire array of hand measuring devices.

Lathe Department includes both CNC and Manual with the ability to machine close  tolerance and labyrinth seals

 

A-1 Contours engineers deal with the process from initial design to final machining.
